• Berberine A plant-derived compound with a long history of use in metabolic health research. Evidence suggests an association with measures of metabolic wellness, including glucose and lipid measurements 
• Probiotic (L.gasseri, B.breve) Carefully chosen strains with studies that support a decrease in waist measurements, visceral fat markers and improved insulin sensitivity. Designed to work with inulin to support metabolic signalling.
• Prebiotic Inulin A natural prebiotic fibre with a history of use in gut health research. Evidence shows that prebiotics can stimulate the release of short- chain fatty acids (SCFAs), which in turn are associated with encouraging GLP-1 activity.
• Inositol A naturally occurring compound that may help with blood sugar regulation and insulin sensitivity.
• Vitamin B6 A key vitamin that contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and glycogen metabolism.
• Chromium Picolinate helps support the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels, which can affect appetite and cravings.
