Twice-daily dosing optimises blood nutrient levels when taken as a split dose morning and evening with food.

Directions:

Women during pregnancy and three months postnatal: take 2 tablets daily with food. For optimal absorption and all-day nutrient coverage, the daily dose may be divided between morning and evening. Do not exceed the stated dose.
