Unbelievable sickness
“Unbelievable nausea after taking these. Before I was taking separate recommended folic acid and vitamin D tablets and had just standard sickness and nausea. But with these I was quite literally bed bound due to the overwhelming sickness and nausea. Within 3 days of having stopped taking these, my nausea and sickness was bad to its previous levels. Still bad as expected, but I could function through the day again”

Large tablets, made me nauseous
“The tablets are quite large which I found difficult to swallow. I also found that if I took them on an empty stomach or with food that I felt nauseous. I needed to have a full meal, wait a few mins then take the tablet with lots of water. It’s made me avoidant of taking them.”

Makes sickness worse
“These tablet's definitely bring on more Intense nausea and sickness. Tried having them at different times of the day and with / without food to see if it helped but it always lead to the same feeling! I'm much more comfortable now I've changed to a few separate individual supplements instead of one multi.”

I wouldn’t recommend, makes me more sick!
“Purchased these (from another website) and I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this product. I follow the instructions to take with a glass of water and on a full stomach but these tablets make me worse. I have been so unwell since taking these, I will be putting them in the bin today as I have come to the conclusion these are no good for me.”

Good, I think. But…
“I am currently just over 9 weeks pregnant with my first baby and have been taking the Pregnacare pictured for almost one month now. I believe it to be okay? I haven’t noticed much difference, but maybe I haven’t been taking them long enough. One thing I have noticed is every evening I feel nauseous and SICK! Despite following the instructions to take on a full stomach. I don’t recall feeling like that prior to taking these tablets and it is every evening about an hour after I take one of the tablets that I begin to feel awfully sick. I will continue to take these as I want what’s best for my growing baby! However, I may possibly substitute these for another brand to see if the nausea subsides. It could just be typical first trimester sickness, but I do believe these tablets make nausea worse. Whatever the case, it contains essential ingredients so I may just have to get on with it. X”

“I have taken these for years. To avoid feeling sick, take AFTER food, as it says on the instructions. They cannot mess up your cycle. To suggest they would: That's just ignorance about what's in pregnacare and how conception and fertility work. What's probably happened to the lady who thought pregnacare messed up her cycle was because the embryo tried to implant but couldn't (eg it was imperfect so the body rejects it) or does implant but doesn't make it much further All normal and natures way. Anyway so about pregnacare. Helps me feel less tired and is 1 of most complete vits I have found :)”
