Miaroma Bergamot Pure Essential Oil has a refreshing scent that, just like other citrus essential oils, has an energising, and mood lifting effect. Though many citrus essential oils are acknowledged for their uplifting effects, bergamot is thought to be particularly useful in improving feelings of wellbeing. Bergamot essential oil has a long history of use on oily skin, but one side effect to bergamot is that it lowers you body’s resistance to sunlight, making it easier to get sunburned so always consult a doctor or certified aromatherapist before using. Miaroma bergamot oil is 100% pure and natural, sourced from Italy. No synthetic ingredients are ever added to any Miaroma essential oils.

Directions:
Enjoy the benefits of Miaroma essential oils for massage, in your bath or vaporisation. For massage, dilute at a recommended rate of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of Miaroma base oil. For bathing, run a warm bath, add 4-6 drops of oil and disperse with your hand. Then relax in the bath for at least 10 minutes to allow the aroma to work. Vaporisation of essential oils can create different moods or can be used to freshen your home. Oil burners or light bulb rings are ideal ways to vaporise essential oils.
