How to Use

• For Aromatherapy: Add 4–6 drops to a diffuser or oil burner filled with water to release its beautifully balanced, calming aroma.
• For Massage: Dilute at a ratio of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of a suitable carrier oil (such as jojoba or sweet almond oil) before gently massaging into the skin.
