Directions:

Use this best hair oil after pregnancy in any of the following ways:

Scalp Massage: Divide hair into sections, apply oil to the scalp, and gently massage from roots to tips.

Overnight or Pre-Shampoo: Apply 3 to 7 pumps (depending on hair length/thickness), leave overnight or apply before shampoo for a moisture boost.
