Better than my prescription medicine
“I purchased this for my son, who has seasonal affective disorder, but I also have insomnia especially since I am peri/menopausal. My Dr had prescribed me something based on my sleepless nights, which I had been taking for about two years, but they left me feeling groggy in the mornings. I had to wean off them due to lack of being able to function properly at work. My son then one day said mum you should try these. I decided to try them. for a week. I understood by the second day what these do. They put the body into a state of relaxation and my anxiousness disappears and by the time I start to yawn and get into bed I am asleep. When I wake up I feel rested and alert with no groggy feeling and lack of concentration. I keep using his tablets now so I now have to buy my own. They are a little pricey imo, but this is where it is better to tke advantage of the H&B deals. I will continue to take these as I sleep well now and function in my daily life. Thanks”

Mood perhaps better but sleep still an issue
“I’ve been taking these for almost 2 weeks now and have potentially seen an improvement in my mood, but sleep is still a big problem. I struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep and I feel like taking this hasn’t really helped in that aspect. The only thing that seems to work is anti-histamines but obviously you can’t take those for long periods of time. Mood stabiliser? ✅ Helps sleep? ❌ I do think my sleep problems are far worse than most people, so if you have minor sleep problems, this might still work but it’s best to use 5-HTP for mood. The evidence for promoting restful sleep is poor”
