Directions:

HOW TO USE: PATCH - Best used alongside your Nuyu Magnesium Sleep Spray. Apply spray as directed. Then peel the backing from one patch and apply to clean, dry skin (inner wrist, chest or shoulder). Wear for 8 hours, ideally overnight. Use one patch per night. Rotate application area.

SPRAY - Spray directly onto clean, dry skin, ideally after a warm shower or just before bed. Massage in, breathe deeply, and ease into your evening. Use daily or whenever you need to slow things down.
