“I don't know why everyone is moaning about the taste i love it but then I suppose we all have our own taste I was doing powerlifting and wanted to put weight on and as u know the bigger u get the stronger u get this product is great with a good diet I used to take it before I went to sleep so when I got up in the morning I was ready to eat again I find if u drink it during the day it effects your eating the only reason I give it 4 stars is because I find when I stop taking it the weight falls off me”

Awful flavour
“Tried the cookies and cream for a change to my usual chocolate flavour and regretted it immediately. The smell is unpleasant and the taste is equally as off putting. I ended up throwing it away and reverting back to my usual choice. Does the job for weight gain if you can stomach the terrible taste.”
