Difficult to swallow
“I've been taking Taurine from other providers for a while but because I trust the H&B brand more, I ordered some tablets from here instead. Whilst I can't comment on the efficacy, I do find them very, very difficult to swallow - they have no smooth coating and turn to a rough powdery mess very quickly in the mouth.”
