1. Prep. Preheat the oven to (180°C / 160°C Fan / 350°F / Gas Mark 4). Melt 2 large tablespoons of coconut oil and allow it to cool for 1 minute. Line your tin with parchment paper.
2. Make. Mix the egg, water, coconut oil (1.5x scoops) and brownie mix together until well blended. Spread evenly into your parchment lined tin.
3. Bake. Bake in the centre of the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out with moist crumbs attached. Transfer the brownies to the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cutting and serving. This makes them extra fudgy. Trust us it is worth the wait!
