It has no taste of fish, but an added natural flavour of wild berries. Contains caffeine (4 mg per dose). If you are taking any medications, or have any medical condition, consult your healthcare provider prior to use. This product contains 5 mg of(-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) per dose from green tea. The daily intake should not exceed 800 mg of EGCG. Do not consume this product if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. Discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur. Store cool and out of direct sunlight.
