Effervescent tablets offer a tasty, on-the-go hydration solution. Having good levels can support your energy and muscle function during exercise.

This tasty, mango flavour drink contains vitamin C and magnesium, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function, electrolyte balance and to normal muscle function as well.

Body: 40mg of vitamin C per serving, for normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

Mind & muscle: 125mg of magnesium per serving, to support normal functioning of the nervous system, psychological function, electrolyte balance and normal muscle function

How to use

Dissolve one effervescent tablet into 200ml of water, per day

It’s important to stay hydrated during and after training. Do not exceed stated dose

Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Sweeteners (Sorbitol, Sucralose), Potassium Citrate, Anti-Caking Agent (Polyethylene Glycol), Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Oxide, Flavouring (Mango Flavouring Natural), Calcium Citrate, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Colours (Beetroot Red, Riboflavin).
