“I use this every morning because I don't get enough protein in my diet. I am not weight training so I cannot comment on whether it contributes to muscle gains. I like the taste and it isn't too thick. I use a smaller scoop than the one provided as I only need to add a bit of extra protein to my diet. It lasts me a decent amount of time. The price is good, I would recommend you wait for offers or discounts and get the 2kg for best value.”
