“These are very easy to use. Just take 1-2 scopes and mix it with your day to day drinks. I have chosen to mix it in my coffee in the mornings. Cannot tell the difference as it's mixing almost instantly and doesn't have a taste itself. Been taking this colagen supplement for a few weeks and so I can see some of the benefits already. My nails are stronger and don't brake as much, also have noticed a glow in my hair and not to forget that it helped me with digestion. In terms of skin I cannot see any difference as my complexion is quite tricky at the moment but surely the benefits I have already seen are great. Also definitely are internal benefits as well not just the ones at the surface. I will definitely continue using the collagen supplement as part of my morning routine as overall I have seen great benefits.”

“Although this does say no flavour I did taste fish, I tried to overcome this by adding to vanilla milk shake which made it better. I used one scoop. It mixed easily which made the process easy, I did find a difference to my nails which felt stronger. An easy fix to add collagen to your daily routine, the only reason for 4 stars is the taste,”

Easy to use!
“The tub is strong and its design makes the brand easily recognisable. The mouth of the tub made it easy to use the scoop and remove the powder without spillage. Initially I tried it in cold water and didn’t stir it immediately. I would recommend that if you are adding the powder to cold liquids that you stir it in quickly and immediately. When you do this the powder dissolves really well. In water there is a very faint taste but it isn’t unpleasant. It didn’t have any effect on coffee, tea or even in a yoghurt. I have been really impressed with how easy it is to use. As to the effects, I feel like my hair has changed for the better. It is not quite as frizzy! I have only been using it a week but I think my nails are a bit stronger. I am not sure about my skin. I think I’ll need to be using it for longer. I would definitely recommend it and I shall be buying it again!”

Easy to add to suppliment routine!
“I've been taking 2 scoops of Marine Collagen daily for a few days now. It's mixes relatively easily with with water and makes a neutral drink. I choose to add a little cordial and it's easy to drink. There's a slight marine fragrance but nothing that stopped me from drinking it. I've been taking this daily around lunchtime and, as well as it's stated benefits, I find it staves off hungry too. Probably due to the 11g of protein. I think I'll keep taking this for about 12 months and see if there are noticeable benefits with skin.”
