Stir the mushrooms until they begin to turn golden and the edges begin to crisps. Add the soya sauce, rice wine vinegar, broth and Worcester sauce and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.

Add the broccoli and noodles and bring back to a boil.

Portion up the broth into 2 bowls and finish off with the sesame and spring onions.
