How To Use:

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to prime. Shake well before every use and carefully spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, holding for a few seconds before swallowing any excess. Adults: use 4 sprays daily, taken together or separately. Replace the cap after use. Best before end: see base of carton. Once opened, use within 6 months.
