Gentle Daily Supplement
“[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's really hard to review products like this as its difficult to tell how effective the product is or whether its having a placebo effect. That said, when taking these capsules I had no adverse effects at all. After 2 weeks of taking them I did feel the tired foggyness lifting so I have continued to take them as this is definitely a positive for me. As to improved cognitive function, I guess time will tell.”

I have tried probiotics before but as a supplement after using antibiotics. After using biokult for a couple of weeks I felt lighter and my digestion improved. I'm not sure if one month of use is enough to see all the results but it definitely changed something”

It's just a supplement
“[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the product for the recommend time of one month but can't say I felt any benefits. For sure the extra intake of zinc is beneficial as I don't always get enough zinc through my diet, so that's a plus. But I didn't experience improved mental clarity or better concentration. Surely a natural supplement doesn't harm, but I wouldn't buy this particular brand/supplement.”

Helps concentration

I definitely recommend trying it to also improve your daily functions. I don’t think I will continue with these because taking a capsule 4X a day is a lot. It felt like a lot of effort and not practical for every day life. Good point is that it didn’t have any after taste.”

“[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the reason I chose Bio-Kult mind is because it says it designed to target both the Digestive Tract and Cognitive Function. I'm always interested in products that help boost cognitive function, so was happy to give this a test run. Unfortunately for me, I found it hard to judge the product on it's promoted benefits, the good thing though was that it didn't do any harm either. Just hard to tell if it was working for me.. I would say you would need to be using this for a few months before you see any of the benefits. I was also taking this with some other supplements so would probably need to take them on their own to see if I could spot the difference. I did do some research into the product and there are plenty of good reviews and winner of many nutritional awards, so it is worth taking a look if you feel that the product might be good for you, but you will have to take it for a few months for a beneficial outcome. I did like the hint of blueberry from the Bio-Kult mind, I'm a sucker for blueberries! :)”
