“Bought this yesterday only because it’s Vegan, tasty and uplifting at first BUT within 10-15 mins , i could tell it didn’t agree with me at all, arms, legs and face began itching badly, and I felt foggy headed. For about 2-3hours, and then it all came back up. However, a family member had it at the exact same time, and loved it, had no problems with digesting it. Hence why I’ve give it 3 stars. If you’ve a sensitive body or your diet high alkaline / vegan whole food plant based: I’d give it a miss.”

“No doubt in my mind that this supplement works for me . I am quite heavy and I needed something to boost my energy and it does work.. I take it round two to three times a week early in the morning an hour before my exercise.. Read the instructions You Can't drink Tea or Coffee on the day you taking the stuff..”
