“I thought people were exaggerating about the size of these tablets and decided to chance it anyway as I've been necking giant pills for decades. Well they were absolutely right these are so big I can only manage one before I gag , you're supposed to take three?? How?? Dislocate your jaw like a snake?? However!Even though I'm only taking a third of the dose they do actually seem to have helped my cramps, but I'll definitely be looking for something in a more appropriate size”

“These work, but the tablets are truly enormous. I never struggle with taking tablets but I find these almost impossible to swallow. The dosage also requires 3 tablets to get just 300mg of magnesium which is much lower than competitors. I won't be purchasing again.”
