What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

Holland & Barrett Regucol Powder comes with combination of psyllium husks, inulin & bacterial cultures (Lactobacillus acidophilus & Bifidobacterium bifidum and other friendly bacteria). Psyllium husks are naturally high in fibre and act like a sponge when mixed with fluid, absorbing more than twenty times their weight, whilst inulin is a water soluble fibre and a natural carbohydrate. Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum are two bacterial cultures included to help maintain the balance of bacteria within the intestinal tract. Simply mix Regucol powder with water or fruit juice and drink right away. As Regucol isn't absorbed by the body and doesn't stimulate it in any way, it's suitable for prolonged use.
