Made of 50% nuts, this tasty trail mix is high in copper. Copper has many different functions in the body, but one of its key roles is to contribute towards normal functioning of the nervous system. If that’s not all, this nourishing snack is also provides a source of trace mineral manganese per portion. Manganese contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
