“The positives: a clearer liquid that doesn't stain tumblers like other tablets have done in the past. Is vegan, if you're looking for that. Good accessible vitamin D for people who can't swallow tablets. I take one a day with a meal. Negative: dissolves more slowly than other tablets, takes about a minute whereas previous would take 30 seconds. Not many tablets in a unit and pricey to buy multiples.”
