Directions:

How to use: Best used alongside your NUYU Magnesium Everyday Spray. Apply spray as directed. Then peel the backing from one patch and apply to clean, dry skin (inner wrist, chest or shoulder). Wear for up to 8 hours. Use one patch per day. Rotate application area between uses. Not recommended for use in the evening.
