How to Use

Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast. Swallow whole, or open the capsule and mix the contents into cold food or drink.

For best results, take daily for at least 3 months. Safe for long-term use.

If you’re taking antibiotics, take 1 capsule per day. Leave 2–4 hours between taking your antibiotic and Probio7 Menopause.
