“I wanted to up my protein intake by using a protein powder - since I am trying to stay away from any animal based products. So ordered this based on reviews and I have to say the taste is very difficult to get used to! It dissolves well - so that a plus - but the distinct raw rice taste comes out as does feel of grains - when it is added to soups, stews and juice/smoothies. I will finish it because I don’t want to waste the packet - but will probably not buy it again. Having said that, this is my first use of a protein powder, so not sure if the other vegan protein powders out there are any better!”

“favourite vegan protein - super clean ingredients and easy to digest especially for IBS suffers. Of course it does not taste good on its own BUT every morning I have this in my smoothing - water/ strawberries/ blueberries/ oats/ nuts - tastes great. keeps me full but never bloated of heavy!”

“I always had some inconvenience in stomach(bloating) with whey protein and pea protein. After taking rice protein i felt really good in stomach and no side effects. If we want to take this without mixing with fruit etc, it tastes unpleasant. I tried with fruit initially but now i take without any mix.”

“This is the best protein powder I have had. It doesn't have sugar or added sweeteners - which I hate!. The taste for me is like a very light rice pudding when I mix it with milk - so I have it after gym everyday, I absolutley love it. I tired the pea and soya ones but they taste like soup so I suppose they'd be okay if you want to mix with savoury food, but for shakes, the rice one is the best one. Shame I can never find them in stores!”

“I love pulsin and I often buy the soy & pea protein powders. Both have a faint taste, which is not bad. This one however is very strong and to me tastes disgusting. It ruins whatever I add it to. I recommend pulsin pea protein or soya protein over this one.”

“I use this every day. I use 10g + a banana + oat milk. I mix all 3 elements in a nutribullet. I've gained 6 pounds in 6 weeks. Absolutely no unwanted bowel movements and I suffer with IBS. Going forward, I plan to use this as my daily supplement. Hope that helps”
