“I bought this a 2 weeks ago and I only take these when I play indoor football, it's humid and I sweat alot so I decided to take these first week I tuck three in between and I was fine but then I tuck 3 week after and today while playing football ,I became angry and annoyed over little things fatigued and confused and headache. went in to local pharmacy told them and they did a blood pressure checkup and it was high (145/100) and these tablets caused it,I never had high blood pressure in my life ,I wouldn't recommend taking these tablets as its advised but take less.”

Works like a treat
“I was coming down the Llanberis track, Snowdon when I tried to stretch my legs, my right leg just locked up. Extreme cramping in the hamstring region. Luckily a hiker walking by saw my plight and had these salt stick tablets and gave me one. 5 minutes later I was back on track.”
