“With my previous two pregnancies I didn't even think about vitamins for after birth, due to this i suffered with low energy, extreme hair breakage and very dry skin. After a pretty rough recovery with my 3rd baby, suffering with low iron and health vistors highly recommending me to continue with prenatals i found these and thought i'd give them a go. They do seem to perk me up so I take them with lunch instead of dinner and my skin is absolutely glowing, although pricey and they do smell abit like cat biscuits I'm planning to continue taking these for the first year, im currently half way through my first pack and im aware that vitamins can take a couple of months to the reap the rewards so i will leave an updated review at a later date, hopefully they help minimise hair breakage which i usually suffer with around 7 months post partum. I am exculsively breastfeeding and also contuining to take my 2x iron tablets daily, not suffered with any side effects, would recommend to all.”
