Directions:
Apply as needed and after each feeding, gently pat the skin dry and/or allow the breast to air. Apply a small amount of salve to the nipple and areola to moisturise and protect the area. No need to remove Weleda Nipple Balm before breastfeeding. Athletes: apply to the affected areas, prone to chafing, before sporting activity.

I used the cream when needed it really does help cracked, sore, chaffed nipples. Great for sensitive skins and those who don't like the feel of cream on them as it's not a thick cream.”

Really soothing cream
“[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now, I'm not pregnant or breastfeeding but find i get really sore nipples in the cold or from where my work uniform chafes. This cream comes in a handy little tube that you can pop in your bag or pocket and use when you really need it. Has a really subtle, light, flowery fragrance which is really pleasant and is super moisturising. Really helped prevent soreness and cracking. Would highly recommend.”
