Yoghurt bark FAQs

Is yoghurt bark good for your gut?

Yes – yoghurt bark can be a gut-friendly snack thanks to its combination of protein and probiotic-rich yoghurt. Greek yoghurt provides protein and has naturally occurring probiotics which help support digestion and overall gut health. Depending on the toppings used, ingredients like nuts and seeds can also add fibre for extra gut-supporting benefits.

Is natural yoghurt the same as Greek yoghurt?

No, natural yoghurt and Greek yoghurt are slightly different. Both are made from milk fermented with live cultures, but Greek yoghurt is strained to remove more liquid whey. This gives it a thicker, creamier texture and a higher protein content compared to natural yoghurt.

Is dark chocolate healthier than regular chocolate?

Dark chocolate is often considered a healthier option than milk or white chocolate because it contains a higher percentage of cocoa solids. This means it typically provides more naturally occurring antioxidants, such as flavanols, while also containing less added sugar.
