Ingredients:
- 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen (at least overnight)
- Large handful of spinach leaves
- ½ avocado
- 3 tablespoons fresh mango chunks
- 150ml Provamel coconut & almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Bioglan Super Greens superfood powder
- 2 tablespoons blueberries
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons coconut chips
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen
Method
1. Place the frozen banana chunks, spinach leaves, avocado flesh, mango, coconut & almond milk and Super Greens powder in a blender or food processor.
2. Whizz up for at least 30 seconds until thick and smooth.
3. Pour out straight into a bowl and arrange your toppings to make it look pretty for Instagram. Then dig in!
