What is it?
Holland & Barrett Cold Pressed Pumpkin Seed Oil capsules contains the oils extracted from pumpkin seeds that have been ground down and pressed. This is preferable to methods using heat, which are generally cheaper, but will result in damage to the delicate fatty acid structure. These capsules also contain Zinc which contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.
