“I've taken these before for acid reflux they were brilliant I found they helped with my ibs-c. I feel I can eat more than I could before I still get the bitter taste in my mouth but no indigestion. My stomach is less bloated from ibs. Constipation is much better. I highly recommend. I have tried a different brand they weren't as good as h&b brand. My only concern is, I read online that its advised to only take slippery elm for 6 weeks at a time. Not sure why. So I only take them for 3 weeks at a time. I have googled this but no proper explanation. I know you can't believe every Google tells you, different opinions I suppose. I will try and ask holland & barret to see their opinion on this. I'll review if I'm able too.”
