Pantothenic Acid is a B vitamin naturally found in a wide variety of meat and vegetables. It supports normal mental performance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also helps with normal energy yielding metabolism. It normalize synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, Vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
