Holland & Barrett Tribiotic Metabolism is a pre-, pro- and post-complex, containing a clinically studied blend of 6 specially tailored bacteria strains, along with selected ingredients, including green tea and vitamin B6, for fat oxidation healthy metabolism support. What’s more we’ve added calcium to our formulation that helps to support the normal function of digestive enzymes.
Metabolism and gut flora

Tribiotic Metabolism contains 6 strains of friendly bacteria. These have all been studied extensively in the context of weight management, Lab4p and Bifidobacterium CECT 8145.
Tribiotic Metabolism also contains two metabolic must-haves; green tea extract and vitamin B6.

“I eat clean - try to avoid ultra processed and processed food as I have Crohn’s disease. Crohn’s can cause infections which means antibiotic treatment at times. This - I think has the effect of killing off all the good bacteria in my stomach resulting in major constipation or the opposite. Decided to give these a go and one month on …… I can report that things feel very much better. The opportunity to replenish those good little microbiomes as quickly as possible is a great option!
