Unlike synthetic hair dyes that chemically change the structure of your hair, this henna dye is non-invasive, gently coating your hair shaft with a layer of colour. The final colour will partly depend on the colour of your hair underneath, making it lighter where your initial hair colour is light and darker where your initial hair colour is dark.

On white/grey hair this Henna Red shade is likely to be an orange-copper colour. On dark blonde to light brown it is likely to be a beautiful rich auburn redhead shade. On medium brown hair it is likely to be a rich red/brown shade. On darker brown hair it is not likely to be a strong red but more of red undertone especially in strong light. If your hair is a salt-and-pepper mix of brown and white, then the overall effect will average out, with brown hair going an auburn or warm brown shade and white hair going a coppery orange shade.

Directions:

Read and carefully follow all the instructions enclosed in the pack. To summarise, the Herbal Hair Colour powder is mixed with warm water before application. The paste is left on your hair for 1 to 3 hours depending on the depth of colour required. We strongly recommend doing a strand test first before putting the colour all over your hair, because the colour result can be different on different people’s hair. You should wait 24 hours after the strand test to see how the colour develops, because it oxidises and darkens over time. Keep the packet tightly sealed when not in use. Store in a cool, dry place.
