Linwoods MENOLIGNA has been developed specifically for women with vitamins, minerals and lignans using quality plant-based ingredients such as sprouted milled flaxseed AND milled chia seeds..
Lignans are naturally occurring phytoestrogens found in flaxseed which mimic the role of oestrogen. Linwoods have significantly increased the level of lignans in their MENOLIGNA blend to provide 300mg of SDG lignans per 30g serving.
