M-Club Multipurpose Hot & Cold wrap

M-Club Hot & Cold Wrap offers a multipurpose wrap that can be used hot or cold to ease a variety of sensations and discomforts that can be associated with menopause. A versatile wrap that can be used hot as a warm comfort for troubling joints or use cold for a cooling experience. It can be wrapped around the head, face, neck or anywhere on the body that requires relief through hot or cold therapy.

M-Club Hot & Cold Wrap adapts to provide soothing comfort whenever and wherever it is needed whilst offering a variety of benefits:

·        Warms up quickly in the microwaving giving you a fast heat therapy when you need it most.

Advisory Information:

Do not wash, wipe clean only. Do not use if the product is damaged. Heat the product only from room temperature. Check the temperature before use. Lay flat and air dry. Hand wash only, do not use washing machine. Do not iron, use bleach or dryer machine.

Heating Precautions:

Do not heat for one minute at a time, or two minutes in total. Do not place in plastic protective bag when heating.

Directions:

Directions For Cold Use:

1. Place the M-Club Hot & Cold Wrap in a bag and leave in the fridge/freezer for a minimum of 1-2 hours.

2. Adjust M-Club Hot & Cold Wrap around the area of application and adjust the Velcro for personal comfort

3. Relax for 10-15 minutes

Directions For Hot Use:

1. Microwave for 20 seconds and add 10 second increments until it reaches a desired temperature (based on 650-799W microwave)

2. If feeling too hot, cool it for a few minutes before using it

3. Adjust M-Club Hot & Cold Wrap around the area of application and adjust the Velcro for personal comfort

4. Relax for 5 - 7 minutes
