The microwavable hot therapy relaxes tense muscles and helps you return to a relaxed state of mind. The freezer cold therapy reduces inflammation, assists healing and brings relief to areas of the body that suffer from being uptight.

The pack is filled with a non-toxic gel within a material designed to ensure no leaks.

The gel remains soft and flexible enough to mould to the required area when either heated or frozen.

How To Use The Hot/Cold Pack X-Large

The X-Large pack targets the whole of the back, neck and shoulders at the same time.

Heat it up to relieve muscle tension and freeze to reduce inflammation.

Microwave Heating

Remove the gel pack from the protective sleeve and loosely fold once on the fixed middle line and then once more so the 4 buckles meet. Make sure the plush side faces up.

Microwave the pack for 2 minutes.

Remove from microwave and move gel around gently so it is evenly spread.

Return the pack to the microwave for a further 1 minute 30 seconds.

If not warm enough, place back in the microwave for 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.

Insert the pack into the sleeve provided after the pack has been microwaved.

Freezing

Remove the gel pack from the protective sleeve.

Place the pack in the freezer between 4-8 hours.

Insert the pack into the protective sleeve for use.
