How To Use The Hot/Cold Pack Small

The Hot/Cold Pack Small has a strapped design so you can fix it in place to any part of the body, making it multi-use wherever you are.

Heat it up to relieve muscle tension and freeze to reduce inflammation.

Microwave Heating

Remove the hot/cold pack from the cover.

Make sure the pack is folded loosely, not tightly in the microwave.

Microwave the pack for 45 seconds.

Remove from microwave and move gel around gently so it is evenly spread. Then return the pack to the microwave with opposite side facing up.

Finally, microwave for a further 45 seconds. If not warm enough, place back in the microwave for 15 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.

Insert pack into cover and attached to desired area. Please make sure it is not too hot first.

Freezing

Remove the hot/cold pack from the cover.

Place the pack in the freezer between 2-6 hours.

Insert the pack into the cover and attach to the desired area for a maximum 20 minutes
