“As an experienced lifter I’m often changing up my pre-work as i can become to caffeine tolerant and this from ON is a great boost depending on your workout style. Don’t get me wrong there’s others that are far more intense but with this there’s no crashing plus its relatively cheap but an extra scoop switched things up nicely. The flavour isn’t great being to sweet for me but in the hole does what it should.”
