take care- research the side affects before taking

“Been buying this for a while, around a year ago it was £8 a tub, the price has now almost doubled. Just not worth the price, will be buying elsewhere. Same goes for the protein- used to buy for £15, now it’s £28, absolutely ridiculous!”

Very good supplement! Don't mix with cold liquid
“I actually bought this ages ago, and have only just run out as I wasn't very consistent with taking it. The best way to use this is to mix it into something warm or hot so it dissolves fully. Ignore the guidelines of using a cold drink if you don't want gritty bits to remain. I add it to my porridge once cooked in the morning and that's perfectly fine! Creatine isn't just for muscles, it has other benefits too such as brain function, bone density etc. Highly recommend if you are Vegetarian/Vegan as you don't get enough naturally!”

“Everyone moaning that it doesn’t dissolve well and it tastes gritty, well after taking creatine for many years I don’t even put it in water anymore I did that when I first started taking it, just a scoop staring in the mouth and a little sip of water to wash it down job done”

“Bought this after reading some reviews to say it does not dissolve well. I should have listened because it just sits at the bottom of the bottle. It does the job if you don't mind shaking the bottle before every mouth full. Will definitely be opting for a different brand next time.”
