Spatone is 100% natural iron rich water. Sourced from North Wales, it is a daily liquid iron supplement in an easily absorbable form. Spatone sachets are convenient for use on the go, and are your gentle daily iron provider. Iron is an essential mineral that contributes to normal transport oxygen around the body. As the body does not produce iron, it must be provided through the diet.

Directions:

Spatone is ideally taken diluted in orange juice in the morning on an empty stomach or in between meals. It is advisable to leave 30 - 45min between the consumption of iron supplements and the consumption of drinks (with the exception of water) and food. During pregnancy you can safely take up to two sachets a day to keep your iron levels topped up. Either take two sachets together or one in the morning and one in the evening - whatever suits your lifestyle best!
