How To Use

When to Use

Use first thing in the morning, immediately upon waking, on an empty stomach and before you drink any water or brush your teeth.

How to Scrape

Hold the two ends of the copper scraper firmly. Relax your tongue and extend it out of your mouth. Place the curved loop at the very back of your tongue and gently pull it forward to the tip in one smooth stroke.

Rinse and Repeat

Rinse the debris off the scraper under warm running water. Repeat the scraping motion 5 to 7 times until your tongue feels clean and the white coating is gone. Be gentle, there is no need to press hard.

Clean and Care
