Everyone loves a home-made crumble – and this one, made with juicy seasonal fruit and a crunchy topping, is just delicious.

Heat the oven to 190ºC/170ºC/gas mark 5. Peel the apple, core and chop into small chunks. Stone the plums and chop roughly. Place in a baking dish with the blackberries. Add the cloves and cinnamon, and drizzle the honey over.
Put the flour and cold butter cubes in a bowl and rub in lightly using your fingers until the mixture resembles large breadcrumbs. Mix through the ground almonds and coconut blossom nectar.
Heap the crumble mixture on top of the fruit and cook for 35-45 mins until the fruit is bubbling. Serve with Greek yogurt, or no-added-sugar ice cream or custard.
