Nutella chia pudding FAQs

How long does chia pudding last in the fridge?

Chia pudding can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days, making it ideal for meal prep and busy mornings.

Is chia pudding a good source of protein?

Yes, this recipe contains around 30g of protein per serving from the yoghurt and chocolate hazelnut protein powder, helping to support muscle maintenance and keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Why is my chia pudding too thin?

If your chia pudding hasn't thickened enough, it may need more time in the fridge. You can also stir in an extra teaspoon of chia seeds and leave it to chill for another 30–60 minutes until it reaches your preferred consistency.
