What is it?
Holland & Barrett Live Friendly Bacteria with Acidophilus capsules contain 10 billion bacteria cultures. The bacteria within these high strength capsules come from Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus salivarus and Bifidobacterium bifidum. The bacteria come from the Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus family, and are naturally found in the vagina, mouth, and gut. There are a number of lifestyle factors which can affect the delicate balance of the gut. These include your diet, your age, medication, smoking, drinking alcohol and physical activity.

“Click and collect service was very quick. Only downside was that the items I received had a very short expiry date. I bought 2 bottles, so about 6 months supply but the 2 bottles both expired in about 5 months from the date of purchase. In future I would still buy, but would probably come in store and check the expiry dates on the bottles myself before buying.”
