Holland & Barrett Triple Omega 369 Capsules provide an active Omega complex, containing fish, starflower and flaxseed oils. These capsules support normal heart function, cholesterol levels, brain health and vision.

What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• EPA and DHA are essential Omega-3 fatty acids which are commonly found in fish oils. DHA supports the maintenance of vision and normal brain function, and the beneficial effect can be obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. 250mg of DHA and EPA also contribute to normal heart function.
• Flaxseed oil, also known as Linseed oil, is an excellent natural source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which is an Omega-3 fatty acid. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential additions to the diet.
• Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. This beneficial effect can be obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA from food and supplements.
