Description

  • 24g of pure micellar casein protein with only 0.5g fat & no sugar
  • Slow digesting protein powder
  • Supports muscle growth & maintenance

Sometimes slower is better - especially when it comes to the rate of protein digestion. While rapid protein absorption is desirable immediately before or after exercise, delayed release is probably more beneficial throughout the remainder of the day & especially last thing at night.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein Powder is the industry's first all-micellar Casein, and delivers 24g of slower digesting casein proteins for muscle growth support. Casein is best enjoyed in the evening - simply add one scoop to water, milk or your favourite drink.
