How to incorporate it into your daily skincare routine
Follow these steps to enhance your daily skincare routine with the 7 Skin Method:
- Cleanse your face with your usual cleanser and gently pat your skin until it’s slightly damp.
- Apply a small amount of toner onto a cotton pad and wipe it over your face and neck.
- With your skin still damp, pat the same amount of toner onto your skin using your hands (this is gentler on your face than a cotton pad).
- Repeat the last step two or three more times, gradually building up to a total of seven applications. Wait between each step so the toner is absorbed by each layer.
- When you’ve applied the last layer, finish by moisturising your skin.
